Health Index

Health Index measures health inside the company!

Health Index includes 9 key indicators that present an overall picture of the health and well-being of the organisation’s employees.

Each indicator is measured and scored on a scale from 1 – 20. Your organisation’s results are presented in a report which compares you with other companies and organisations, as well as with your own organisation over time.

The following nine key indicators comprise the Health Index:

  1. Number of employees in good-health
  2. Number of incidences of illness
  3. Number of cases of rehabilitation
  4. Rehabilitation risk
  5. Rehabilitation trend
  6. Short-term sick leave
  7. Long-term sick leave
  8. Fitness benefits
  9. Workplace wellness (programmes)

Foreign background indicator

Foreign background indicator

Map out the level of diversity in your organisation.

Nyckeltalsinstitutet has developed financial HR indicators which show the organisation’s situation in terms of employees with foreign backgrounds.

Diversity includes many different factors which is why we have decided to name our index “Foreign background indicator” to clarify the elements we can measure using employee financial data and indicators.

Foreign background indicators show what the personnel structure and equal treatment situation looks like in your company/organisation.

Within “foreign background”, we help you process, map out and report on the following indicators:

• Median age
• Median salary
• Percentage of women and men
• Percentage of managers
• Percentage of permanent employees
• Percentage of full-time employees
• Percentage recruited
• Percentage of resignations
• Percentage with university education
• Length of employment

If desired, we can develop specific indicators for your organisation, such as:
• Business area
• Position/level
• Professional groups
Etc.

The company/organisation’s employees are divided according to their backgrounds as follows:
• Swedish background
• Scandinavian background
• European background
• Non-European background

We use the standard definition of “foreign background” as used by SCB (Statistics Sweden):
Overseas origin = born in another country or both parents born in another country.
If the parents were born in different area categories (eg. Scandinavia and outside Europe) the employee’s location of birth determines the category.

If desired, we can also use more categories than those above, for example Asia, Africa, South/North America, as long as there are sufficient numbers of employees per category to carry out a survey.

Gender Equality Index JÄMIX®

Gender Equality Index jamix

Reveal the level of gender equality in your organisation

Nyckeltalinstitutet’s Gender Equality Index JÄMIX shows the level of gender equality in your organisation. JÄMIX was developed in collaboration with JÄMO (the Swedish Equality Ombudsman) and the performance indicators illustrate important elements of equality.

Using our Gender Equality Index JÄMIX, we help you process and report on 20 key gender equality indicators. Nine of the indicators are compiled into an index.

In the report you receive from us, your organisation’s results are compared with other participating organisations. You will also receive an overview of development over time, and if desired, we can measure and present results for different departments or functions in your organisation.

Attractive Employer Index AVI describes the working conditions in your organisation – from the employees’ perspective. Our starting premise is that favourable working conditions lead to job satisfaction and employee effectiveness.
